i love the clinic and everyone I go see there

Every step of the process was met with compassion and efficiency. Thank you to the nurses who answer and pass along the info via the portal and the NP Cathy who listened and acted quickly. My anxiety went from max of 10 to zero. Radiology was also very responsive and caring.

I saw a PA rather than the dr. I never saw PAs rather than the Dr. until Novant took over. I give my Dr. A plus but the PA who I saw clearly was not familiar with my case. She was polite and answered my question from looking up my records on the computer.

I had a 9am appointment. Wasn't seen until 10am. The provider board said they were "on time." It is unacceptable to be an hour behind at 9am. The lady at the desk said she wasn't even allowed to ask about the delay until it was 30 min late. Please respect the time of patients with the same voracity you expect the patients to respect the physicians. Stop overscheduling.

All staff is excellent.. They are courteous, respectful and very kind.

My NP was very personable. She answered all of my questions and also explained everything I had been through during my breast cancer treatments. She also answered my questions about taking anastrozole. I was very happy about this experience!

I felt heard, cared for and they took time to answer all my questions.

The actual appointment was fine, but multiple check in requests after I checked in were annoying and confusing.

I recommend this facility to anyone with confusion on where they should go...I tell them, I love my doctors!

Although it is a sad place to visit the staff makes you feel very comfortable and no long waits!

Both the provider and the nurse were extremely good. I felt very at ease with both.

Dr Catherine Furlani helped to easy my mind and answered all my questions that I asked her to help me further understand my decision in my treatment of breast cancer. Dr Furlani was professional, caring and understanding of my needs.
