Great and professional staff

I cannot recommend Dr. Johnson and Norma enough. She’s the primary for my first baby and I feel so so comfortable with her care. She is knowledgeable and provides developmental info to us, but it never feels pushy or overbearing. Norma is the sweetest and remembers us every time. The office is great and the staff works well to meet our needs.

Dr Megan Johnson is very caring and listens well, asks questions and answers all my questions.

I saw Dr. Megan Johnson, my primary care physician. She is the BEST! She has followed by journey with my husband's cancer for 18 months; he passed away in December. During my visit last week, she was so concerned about my wellbeing since his death and offered to be available as I needed her. Her care and compassion for her patients is outstanding. She is so knowledgeable not only of medical issues but also of emotional needs. She cares about her patients and that is very evident. I appreciate all my caregivers at Novant Health.

I would prefer that the front desk staff not state my address and phone number out loud as this desk is located in a large, open lobby for anyone to hear.

I wish the office had an x-ray machine. I needed a boot for my foot after the visit and had to go to several places trying to get one. This was a very inconvenient process.

Related to the question about PRIVACY: When staff first calls patients from the waiting area, they ask each patient for the date of birth, and it is easy for everyone in the waiting area to overhear that information. The above is a relatively minor point. Overall, Dr. Megan Johnson and her staff have consistently provided excellent care in a professional and caring manner throughout the two-and-a-half years I have been with this practice. Thank you!
