The front desk the medical assistant the technician are.kind and helpful efficient and just a wonderful office to go to. The Doctors are also excellent

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Benjamin Browning as my orthopedic physician. Dr. Browning, as well as his staff work to insure that their patients's needs are taken care of in a professional manner.

Great experience from check in to check out. All staff were personable, professional and courteous. PA and Doctor were very knowledgeable and were able to define my exact problem and explain in great detail my treatment plan.

I’ve had cortisone shots previously and they were quit painful. Everyone I met assured me it wouldn’t be painful. Dr. Browning gave the shot and I never felt it. I could not be more satisfied.

Dr Browning was wonderful. I would highly recommend him. Margaret was very sweet. One lady at check out desk was not friendly at first. She was actually rude and disrespectful towards me. However after I tried looking at her name tag, I think she realized her mistake and turned her sour attitude around and was very nice and helpful. I realize people have off days but I had just lost my mother in law and wasn’t in the mood to not be treated in a kind manner. All in all, since she revisited her attitude and changed it, I am happy with Novant and will go back. As mentioned earlier Dr. Browning was very nice, listened to my needs and took care of me.

The physician assistant was wonderful Then the doctor explained that he likes people to meet the PA just in case he is not there and I need to see someone. Very professional.

Obviously, this Team works well together. There is an easy flow from reception, to nurse check in, to X-ray to PA and wrap up with the physician. They know what is going on and ask great questions to do there assessment.

I am very appreciative of the attentiveness to my child and her needs. The nurses and docs spoke with us as well as speaking to her so she felt comfortable.

The office is run like a finely tuned machine. I was in and out in less than an hour, with xrays and a plan for the next step in my treatment.

I've never been to an orthopedist and didn't have much hope my knee pain could be helped but I was pleasantly surprised. As for the office, staff, and all around experience; Top notch practice.
