The Steele Creek practice over many years now has provided me with the best health care experience in my life. Specifically, Dr. Carly Donahue is outstanding when it comes to listening to even minor health issues and giving sound and balanced advice.

My visit was better than i could have imagined it to be. This was my first visit with my new provider. It was a very good visit. I was happy with my new provider.

From the time I checked in to the time I checked out, admin at the front desk, techs, nurses and doctors were more than courteous. I had no issues and know exactly where to go with questions. Follow up appts were scheduled before I left and reminders sent afterwards.

Everyone was very professional. Dr. Donahue was AWESOME!

This experience, like the others, was just as GREAT. I've only been here in Charlotte for 9 months & my daughter recommended her healthcare provider, which is you all. My doctor listened what I said. She is very caring.

The only issue I have is the number of text messages and emails regarding the appointment reminders . Way too many received.

Dr. Donahue is an exceptional doctor. My yearly appointment with her is always good and she takes care of me throughout the year, quickly responding to any questions or concerns that I have.

This was my first visit with Dr. Donahue. I was very happy with her concern, knowledge and friendliness. I am pleased she is my new Primary Care doctor.

I love Carly Ragland who is my PCP. She definitely listens, is compassionate, and does not push medicine right away. Instead always advocates for other forms of treatment to manage symptoms, whether through exercise, etc. I appreciate a doctor that is not a pill pusher.

The staff here was terrific! I just wish I could have spent a little more time with my provider, I forgot to show her some photos that I had taken regarding two health issues I have been dealing with lately. But other than that, Dr Donahue was wonderful as always and my visit productive.

My situation is complex and Dr Donohue was very thorough in helping to make sure we have a plan and that we move forward with the specific outstanding issues. I appreciate her!
