They are a great team and I would tell other or have told other.

The provider went over my lab results in detail, answering all my questions. She talked to me like a person, and during our conversation we happened on a solution for something I thought was due only to weight gain, or possibly an autoimmune condition that a specialist on my care team would handle. I did not feel rushed, or like the next part on the assembly line. That is very much appreciated.

I was placed in room after vitals were taken and told doctor would be in shortly well I waited 30 minutes

I was about ready to leave. I sat in the room for an hour before being seen. Had the PA not walked in when she did I would have left. My time is just as valuable at hers. The appointment should never have been scheduled if the staff knew the PA didn’t have time to see patients. Mine was an easy ear infection diagnosis that took 10 minutes.
