Ashley Lucas is always attentive to her patients. She answers questions so I can easily understand test results. I really enjoy seeing her during my visits. The nurse who took me to the exam room was wonderful and friendly. I have forgotten her name but she is really sweet.

I was about ready to leave. I sat in the room for an hour before being seen. Had the PA not walked in when she did I would have left. My time is just as valuable at hers. The appointment should never have been scheduled if the staff knew the PA didn’t have time to see patients. Mine was an easy ear infection diagnosis that took 10 minutes.
