Dr . Friedman is a caring and knowledgeable professional provider. The staff is hateful. Also, there is only one bathroom for the patients in an extremely busy Urology office. Every patient must provide a urinalysis, but only one restroom. Why?

Dr. Friedman is a wonderful and caring doctor. He has done a bladder cancer surgery on him and since 2020 had checked him every 6 months until this time which was 1 year. Everything was good so he don't have to go back for another year unless he has a problem. Great doctor!!!

Dr. Friedman is excellent and I trust him completely but the system that I am not happy with. I needed to see him urgently, called the office, explained why I was calling and was told that he had no availability until December and that I should try to see my primary care doctor. My primary care doctor (not affiliated with Novant) came through for me since her office always has a PA or Nurse Practitioner to see emergency patients. They ordered a series of tests, worked diligently to get them done the same day and I gave copy of the results to Dr. Friedman. I contacted the office one more time via MyChart and finally was able to see him 12 days after I felt sick. It is a shame that the system is set up in such a way that we can’t see a doctor who we trust when we need it, or that no PA is available at the office. I guess the system cares more about profits than the patients.

Many thanks to Dr Friedman! Years ago, because of his experience & knowledge, he noticed something that eventually saved my life! Again, thanks Dr Friedman!
