Dr. Ragahaven has always been very personalized in my visits and has always listened to my concerns. It is quite evident that she truly cares about her patients as she has not only expressed sympathy but understands what I have been through emotionally, physically, mentally, and my whole overall feelings and emotions of losing both my parents to cancer in four years. Initially my first visit was a referral from Dr. Terry Hess regarding my lab work and my thyroid function. I was seen by Dr. Ragahaven that same day after my blood work came back. Her staff has always been courteous to me and if I had a question, my phone call was returned back in a timely fashion as well as any communication in my chart.

I have always been quite satisfied when I visit.

The education given by the provider was very useful in my transitioning to a new medication. It decreased some of my fears about the changes and what to expect.

Dr Ragahavan was exceptional. My only complaint was that it took 4 months to get an appointment to have my diagnosis. That’s way too long to have to wait not knowing if cancer may be present in a nodule on your thyroid.

This was a new doctor for me and I am very pleased.
