Love Dr. Jones. Remarkable provider. Trust her with my life. 10/10 recommend

This was a new visit to this particular office as my previous office location in Steele Creek closed and my Gyn, whom I absolutely adored, moved. While I was a little apprehensive about the added time it would take for me to travel to this location, after my visit I have zero regrets. From the front desk staff to Dr. Jones, every staff member were all so kind, courteous and made me feel my care was the top priority. Dr. Jones is nothing shy of amazing! She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and provided me with several treatment options to go forward. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I had a good understanding and what the next steps would be. I was so pleased with her care, I will be bringing my daughter back to see her when she’s home on break. Thank you Novant for continuing to provide your patients with excellent experiences!

Very professional and friendly environment

Dr. Jones listens to all of my concerns and advised me well on what to and look for. She is also relatable and makes you feel at ease when my anxiety was running high but is firm in letting you know what needs to be done.

Dr. Jones is wonderful. I had very hbp at my routine visit and she would not let me leave until it dropped. Otherwise I would have had to go to the emergency department. She truly cares about her patients and deserves the biggest raise!

Dr. jones does a fantastic job listening to patient’s needs but also being thorough in what may be best for the patient in terms of overall health and wellbeing long term. She allows the patient to think for themselves but still offers guidance and support. She has a great bedside manner and is someone who I feel comfortable talking with about any concerns I may have going in. Thankful to have her as a part of my L&D team.

I drove almost 3 hours to see Dr Jones. I absolutely adore her and her expertise. Customer service at this practice is always impeccable.

My innate anxiety about going under anesthesia was alleviated when I looked up from the table and saw Dr. Jones. I knew I was in great hands!

Dr Jones is THE BEST dr I’ve ever had! She works so hard, is so knowledgeable, always answering my question, and does so in a way that I can understand. Uses great examples so I can compare it to something I’m familiar with. She was willing to stay late last night so she could be the one to perform my surgery. She knew I was nervous, and knew it’d help settle me down if I knew she was the one doing my surgery. I can’t thank her enough or saying enough nice things about her. If you know her, you’ll know what I mean.

Dr. Tiffany Jones is probably my all-time favorite doctor I have ever seen! She always makes me feel like I am her only patient. She never rushes and she listens and gives her expert advice. She is a wonderful doctor and wonderful human being!

The ultrasound technician and Dr. Tiffani Jones were very kind and thorough and answered all of my questions during my visit.

Dr. Jones was warm, welcoming, personable, open, and curious. She asked about my pronouns, which made me feel very comfortable and seen. She asked questions about my sexual wellness in addition to health, which is something that I've never experienced before at an OB/GYN. I can't wait to continue to work with Dr. Jones!

Dr. Jones has a great personality, caring and great listener. The negative comments I have are about the cleanliness of the office. It could use a thorough cleaning. Additionally, the furniture and office in generally are outdated.

I've been a patient in Charlotte for over 15 years, and Dr. Jones stands out with exceptional bedside manner and interpersonal skills. Among the ObGyns I've seen, none match the professionalism and comfort Dr. Jones provides! I can't forget to acknowledge the wonderful Novant ObGyn staff – from the front desk to the check-out team and nurses. They're consistently attentive to my needs and incredibly kind. I also love that right after checking in, there's no long wait before I see the nurse and doctor. It's a swift and efficient process! Every visit is a delight, thanks to minimal wait times upon arrival and the excellent care provided by Dr. Jones and the staff. These factors are why I continue to be a loyal patient at this office.

The medical staff is great as always and once I was called back, everything went quickly and smoothly. I did have a significant delay in seeing my provider because someone was admitted ahead of me by mistake when they were scheduled to be seen after me.

Before seeing Tiffani, I had 3 postpartum appointments because I kept experiencing issues healing. I requested a doctor for this appointment to have something cut off down there. Tiffani was phenomenal, and listened to my concerns. She did exactly what I wanted and I am happy with the results. She and Nicole were so pleasant and helpful during my visit. I truly love everyone I've seen at Providence and am so happy I've chosen them for my obgyn needs.
