Dr.Tom and his staff are excellent. They answered all of our questions and put my husband at ease about his medical issues.

I was very impressed with Dr Tom and His assistant. The front desk was also very helpful.. I was late because of the roads closings. however the whole staff worked together and I was seen. for that I was grateful .

The girls at the check-in and check-out were so friendly and helpful. They worked efficiently while being friendly. The nurse greeted me with a smile and handshake. Dr Tom was friendly and made me feel at ease. He told what he thought was going on and procedure that was needed was scheduled.

I really hope the courtesy we received that all patients receive it as well. Very cordial

Everyone from checkin to check out were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Tom was very careful in his exam, listened to me and came to a good resolution.

Dr. Tom was very thorough and patient with us, while we talked through my issues. He listened intently throughout the appointment . We were very pleased his knowledge and bedside manner.

The doctor was very nice, but seemed distracted by his phone. I assume he was getting notifications regarding a patient maybe. But it didn’t seem like he was able to listen to me and check his phone. He asked me three or four times what steps I took to try and get rid of my headaches I told him repeatedly that I take goodies powder, Advil, allergy medicine, ice, etc. He also told me he was going to give me a few samples of the oral medication he was going to be prescribing so I could have some on hand I did not end up with those samples when I left . He is going to schedule an MRI but I don’t know if I want him as my doctor moving forward. He was a very nice person though. Thank you

Dr. Tom is absolutely the best neurologist I have ever had. So kind, patient and he makes sure I understand everything and that my daughter/caregiver does as well. He coordinates with my family care physician, Dr Vanessa Stewart, to avoid duplication of testing etc. I have complete confidence in both of them.

The Dr. (Tom), was very through and did listen to me , his v a appointment and wife of >50 years as my Husband can not work on his own( he needs my total assistance for care and all communications), and Dr. Tom was completely on board with service. The Ofc people were very caring and helpful and very accepting to my being Joe’s Durable Power of Attorney and Caregiver.. and still they all maintained and respect for Joe the Patient. Dr. Tom is amazing. He makes me feel as if he honestly cares about my health. He was honestly concerned with my issues with getting my medicine. He helped make it possible to get my headache preventative accepted by my insurance.. Love the genuine care..
