I would highly recommend Dr. Peacock and his staff to anyone

I had previously been moved to another physician within the practice, who has now left. It was nice to have been able to get back in with my original provider, Dr Peacock.

From checking at the front desk all the way to the back with nurses and Dr Peacock, they were all attentive to my needs and friendly. I always have a good laugh or two with Dr Peacock and the nurses. They make me calm with their humorous attitude .

Helped me the most of anyone I have been to for my problem

Dr Peacock always takes time to explain pros and cons of procedure. Knows what he is doing. My high recommendations.

Dr Peacock was very down to earth. He made me feel at ease (nobody wants injections in their back). He explained what he was doing.

The doctor is overworkedhe is a caring physician that doesn't have time to talk with his patients

I wasn't introduced to the doctors prior to the procedure and still haven't been, however the doctor did a wonderful job giving the injection and locating where the pain is/ was.

All went well and Dr Peacock has don an exeptional job of managing my pain.

Dr. Peacock is an amazing physician in his specialty. I just wanted to feel a little more Dr./Patient connection. I didn't feel warmth or a personality with him. However, I don't want to take anything away from how great he is at his field of work.

Dr. Peacock is such a great doctor! He is super nice, friendly and helpful! He is very thorough with the whole process. He went over how I am feeling since my last visit, the plans of treatment going further and explaining today's procedure before starting. He is very gentle and makes sure you are feeling okay throughout. Highly recommend Dr. Peacock.

Although the discussion of proposed treatment seemed thorough, I wasn't able to retain much of it because I was on the table and preppedand nervous. I haven't checked the visit notes to see if the details are in there, and I wasn't told whether they would be. That would be a helpful addition to the conversation.

Dr. Peacock is fabulous! He truly cares about me getting pain relief.

Dr. Peacock and his staff are excellent. Their patient load is large, making it hard for them to keep up. Not their fault!

This is the sweetest team yet. I needed to be seen quick and it was CHRISTMAS EVE! Even tho they were all working they were great and the nurses that brought me in and took my vitals were so sweet. I’m so satisfied with that visit. Thank you all!

I had asked for an earlier appointment time a month or more ago but was never called or informed about one...

Positive results achieved.

I paid my bill with a check and it took 2 weeks for it to be processed. I was told that I could only pay with my checking account. I don’t do online banking and so I sent the check. I was also told that my account would go to collections even if I sent a check. I wanted to set up a payment plan but was told that my account would still go to collections. This is very disappointing to me and I felt like I was being bullied into paying the whole amount. That is why I called the person a part of the Novant Nazis. I hope that Novant will allow people to make payments through a payment plan without being threatened with collections. I am very disappointed with the way Novant has treated its patients by threatening them with collections.

I was very pleased with the way the team handled the procedure!

I arrived early - for no real reason, but I was seen 25 min early! All questions were addressed by nurses and the doctor. Everyone from the front desk back out to my car was friendly and professional.

Anytime somebody works on your neck. It’s a scary situation, but the doctor and staff made the experience less stressful. They were supportive, caring, and listened to all of my questions. The doctor was phenomenal and explained every step of the way and did a fantastic job feeling so much better.

This experience was much more positive than my previous visits, but I did need a bandaid.

I am always treated with respect and they always ask if I have any questions. I enjoy going to all of my doctors at Novant Health.

I thought I was getting a different kind of injection, but the other worked out okay.

I appreciate him trying to get me the care I will be needing in upcoming weeks ahead. So far, I do appreciate the interest in which he shows to get me taken care of. His care & the end results of healing will take some time but trusting in him for his Best. God's willing

I was able to get in an early appointment because of the cancellation list. I was very grateful for this because I'm not sure I could have endured the pain for two more weeks without some kind of intervention

At the neurology clinic a notice states that the door from the hallway to the waiting room be kept closed at all times, I use a walker and found the door to be extremely heavy and cumbersome. Could this door be changed to an ADA compliant door?

Upon my arrival, I was greeted with great warmth and enthusiasm by the staff, who were eager to provide any assistance I might require.

His very polite answers all your questions and does not hurt you in those procedures

I was kept waiting by myself for over 30minutes and the procedure began over an hour after scheduled. Things were running behind schedule but no one informed me until we complained.
