Her bedside manner, patient care and thoughtful explanations on health conditions far exceeded any expectations I had. Dr. Menezes is the G.O.A.T!! I have extreme white coat syndrome, just ridiculously anxious at the doctors so my blood pressure skyrockets. But dr menezes always makes me feel so comfortable! I feel like I'm talking to my very wise, successful and insightful friend. She also delivered my baby and within minutes of meeting her I felt confident in her delivery plan and I immediately loved her personality! I literally recommend her to everyone. That girl deserves a raise! *hint hint novant* The person she had on rotation was phenomenal! She made me feel so comfortable! She was so nice and funny! Wouldn't be mad to see her at the practice. The nurse I had was fine she wasn't as friendly as the other two. But it was the end of the day so I get it!! I'm just super anxious so the warm personalities help with that.

Tasha who does ultrasounds and sonograms is as good as it gets, she is a true gem and has an extraordinary eye! The office as a whole front front end to back end , is simply amazing! I would like to just say how amazing Dr Menezes is. She is the best doctor and shows so much care for her patients. She delivered my baby and made me feel so comfortable and trusting with her care. Very rare do you find genuine doctors that actually listen to you but she is the ONE! She makes me love Novant even more and deserves the greatest recognition. I truly appreciate everything provided to me. I just went to get my yearly exam with her yesterday and I must say this is the first exam I’ve ever had where I actually felt 100 percent comfortable and actually heard. She’s definitely a blessing and does amazing at her job. I know everyone loves her and to bad Im moving because I will definitely struggle to find someone like her.
