Janis Buono was easy to talk with and explained my options at this time. She listened and gave me her educated opinion as to my next step. She also told me to contact her if I needed anything else after I left.

Spine Specialists is a great pain center to be a patient at. They understand our pain and can explain where the pain is coming from and the recommended treatment. I left Dr. Cochran a message that by relieving his patients pain, he is giving us a better quality of life!

By the time I finished paper work I was called back and as soon as vitals were done I was being seen. Quickest time frame of being seen ever with Novant. Also, everyone was very friendly.
