Everyone is always so friendly and smiling. This atmosphere takes a lot of apprehension out of visiting the Doctors’ office.

The lab technician, I believe her name was Karen, was very comforting to me. She also explained the procedure well and patiently looked for the affected area that was a little hard to find.

The experience was great. It was the first time at the facility. The facility was clean. I was greeted and taken care shortly after I arrived. The staff were pleasant and professional. The doctor was great. Overall it was a great experience.

I really like Dr. Graham. She is easy to talk to and she listens. DOESNT “talk down”, like some Drs. tend to do. Same goes for the PA, who gets me checked in, weighed, etc. Good people at the check-in desk too.

I'm so grateful that a friend recommended Dr. Graham - it was worth waiting 2 months to become her patient! The entire staff worked together seamlessly to ensure that my early, rainy morning appointment was executed like a smoothly orchestrated symphony. Dr Graham and the entire staff at Lakeside medical center took Spectacular care of my 96 year old father.

Dr. Graham and her team were courteous. They greeted me with a smile from the beginning, Dr. Graham was willing to listen to my concerns and provide suggestions on things I can do to improve my health. I felt respected and heard by all the staff, that was very refreshing!

I think the way to identify the patient at the front desk is not the more privated and secure, because there are too much personal identifying information that to have to provide in front of all the people congregated in the room.

Dr Graham is an awesome physician! She listens to you. You're not just a number. She addresses any and all concerns. Her nurse is the same way. I highly recommend Dr Graham!

I like Dr. Graham a lot as well as her nurse. Great visit.

I really enjoyed her approach. I was super nervous and she was easy to talk to.

The medical assistant/nurse who did my initial assessment, BP, etc was very courteous, and personable. It was very evident she has a great deal of compassion for her patients. Dr Graham was soooo kind; she listened to my medical history and was able to adjust my BP meds based on feedback in effort to improve quality of life. I didnt feel rushed and she was very thorough. Im absolutely satisfied with my care and happy i have a great care team.

This was my first time meeting Dr Graham. She’s knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and her kindness and compassionate personally was a plus. I felt very comfortable with her and the nurse was very helpful and compassionate.

The communication seem to be honest and empathetic .

I am still suffering with the same issue of dizziness 3 days after being treated, so my issue was not resolved.

The Provider is always delayed up to a hour after scheduled time.

For me it was perfect.

Everytime I have a doctors appointment or need to do a video visit the administrative staff and the medical staff are all ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
