Has been an appreciable amount of time since my last visit at the SAME facility with the SAME provider (Margaret Bovender,NP) which i find comforting and welcoming and non-judgemental. She relates to me and we had a good discussion.

Love how Margaret does not rush through the appointment. She takes time to talk, makes you feel comfortable, explains things in detail & answers all questions asked. Would highly recommend Margaret to anyone.

Everyone who works there are always very friendly and answers any questions that I have. I have many medical issues and they take their time helping me out to get me back on my feet. The doctor took the time to ask questions to make sure she had a clear knowledge of what I was there for. I went into the appointment nervous about some things and she was able to calm my nerves and help me get a better understanding of what was going on with me.

I am happy with the attention I get at Hillsdale. Everyone there is nice and always helpful. I mostly see Margaret whenever I need to go.I trust her with my health and consider her my friend. She listens to everything I say and she really cares about my health. I have recently moved to another city, but will probably keep going to Hillsdale.

Very professional on all levels from the associate who scheduled the appointment through the medical visit. M. Bovender was very courteous and thorough.

I scheduled this appointment with Dr. Hirata in November for 5/9/24 at 15:00. I was called on 5/8/24 and told that the scheduler had made a mistake so I ended up seeing Margaret Bovender, FNP at 15:45. I appreciate nurse Bovender making time for me and providing me with a thorough exam and plenty of time for discussion, but I also appreciate the importance of continuity of care. I have been working on achieving several healthcare goals, for numerous years, and I prefer to see the same provider when following up on these issues. Again, nurse Bovender was better than excellent, but in the future I would prefer that the scheduling mistakes not result in me having to switch providers.

Long wait to see provider. We were worked in on short notice, so I understood but my husband who has vascular dementia definitely got restless.

I always feel better after talking with Margaret. She listens and offers suggestions to help me with my problems. She gets right to the problem and usually offers all advice pertaining to my visit.

I feel as though the admin staff, nursing staff, and physicians know me, remember me and my family, and help me make good decisions accordingly. They are terrific and even help with insurance "red tape".
