Great NP and office staff!

Always a pleasure to meet with Margaret Bovender for my medical needs.

The doctor took the time to ask questions to make sure she had a clear knowledge of what I was there for. I went into the appointment nervous about some things and she was able to calm my nerves and help me get a better understanding of what was going on with me.

Margaret is kind and a wonderful person to speak with. She listened intently regarding my personal matters; and gave suggestions how to handle. Very caring.

Thank you for doing extra tests to make sure everything is fine. I appreciate you listening to my concerns.

Margaret was wonderful, but my condition is hard to diagnose. Blood test results were normal, so that did not provide an answer.

I scheduled this appointment with Dr. Hirata in November for 5/9/24 at 15:00. I was called on 5/8/24 and told that the scheduler had made a mistake so I ended up seeing Margaret Bovender, FNP at 15:45. I appreciate nurse Bovender making time for me and providing me with a thorough exam and plenty of time for discussion, but I also appreciate the importance of continuity of care. I have been working on achieving several healthcare goals, for numerous years, and I prefer to see the same provider when following up on these issues. Again, nurse Bovender was better than excellent, but in the future I would prefer that the scheduling mistakes not result in me having to switch providers.

I feel as though the admin staff, nursing staff, and physicians know me, remember me and my family, and help me make good decisions accordingly. They are terrific and even help with insurance "red tape".

Very efficient very personal care

I saw Margaret after developing a fever and bad congestion and ear aches. As always she is sure to know exactly what has been going on. She then examines you.and tells you what she feels is going on. If medication is needed she will call it into your pharmacy. Then she always lets you know if certain things should go a certain wait. She makes a follow up appointment and then she reminds you if you need her sooner call and she will she you. She is such an asset to this office! Of course Dr. Hirata and his team all really great and will help you anyway they can!!
