Dr. Gavour is an excellent doctor. I've been going to doctors with a thyroid problem, since 2005. He is the first doctor to normalize my levels. Also, the first doctor who listened to my complaint about my allergy to my thyroid meds. He immediately changed it. Now my levels are normal. I can go on and on praising him on how he has helped me. I thank God that I found him.

Pleasant staff from reception throughout all stations. Doctor exceptionally personable and patient. Asked and answered all questions. Addressed all concerns. I was treated very well.

The staff who work in the reception area when checking in lack customer service. They sit there and carry on personal conversations while the line gets longer not even acknowledging the patients who need to check in This has happened to me on at least 5 times recently
