Every one was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Govour took time to explain the process of making me feel comfortable and was very helpful.

Dr. Gavour is a wonderful physician. He listens to the patient and explains things about their health and treatment.

Dr. Gavour always has reviewed our charts and familiarized himself with our medical issues. He is very personable and friendly. At the end of our exams, he always asks "what questions do have for me today?" He always reminds us that if we have any issues, questions or need refills to contact the office or message him through MyChart.

Dr. Gavour is an excellent doctor. I've been going to doctors with a thyroid problem, since 2005. He is the first doctor to normalize my levels. Also, the first doctor who listened to my complaint about my allergy to my thyroid meds. He immediately changed it. Now my levels are normal. I can go on and on praising him on how he has helped me. I thank God that I found him.

Pleasant staff from reception throughout all stations. Doctor exceptionally personable and patient. Asked and answered all questions. Addressed all concerns. I was treated very well.

The staff who work in the reception area when checking in lack customer service. They sit there and carry on personal conversations while the line gets longer not even acknowledging the patients who need to check in This has happened to me on at least 5 times recently

Dr Gavour is an excellent PCP. I had to change providers when I moved to NC. He has exceeded my expectations in the care I had received previously in Virginia from my provider I had over 10 years. I was anxious about finding a provider that would provide the level of care previously. He is an exceptional provider!

Doctor Gavour makes you feel that you are more than a patient he makes you feel like you are part of his family. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one. He has a wonderful bedside manner that is very hard to find this day and time. He makes you feel better just by having a conversation with him. He is a wonderful doctor.
