I thought they wanted to know how I was doing, and that made me fill good.

Dr. Desandre was sensitive to my problem and it was clear that she knew exactly what I was experiencing. She explained what was happening and what I should do to alleviate the problem. I have a followup appointment in 3 months at which time we can go over whether what she suggested I use is adequate to give me relief.

This visit was conducted in a friendly, professional and relaxed manner.

Mrs. Desandre is an outstanding provider. I wish she was an internal Provider. Her specialty is great and she is very competent. I also felt she took my healthcare issues with great concerns and wanted to help me as well. I would truly recommend her.

I don't have any complaints.

I love the service provided - that if I feel like I have a UTI that I can come in at will and leave a specimen and then you get back to me. And it’s treated. Also your staff is outstanding. Would love it if the bathroom floor was cleaned more often since people tend to drip all over the floor leaving their specimen. Women need to drop their pants and the floor is dirty.

I feel confident that I am going to be in good hands with thi provider.

Elizabeth Desandri said she was ordering a urine culture and prescribed amoxicillan. I presented with lower blood pressure and usual symptoms of bladder infection. As my history was to show nothing with the usual sample dip, Elizabeth and I agreed that a urine culture would be done. Because in my last visit to see Elizabeth was the same and she had ordered a urine culture that was never submitted, I made sure to tell the assistant at the Calabash office that a culture was being ordered. Today, I called concerning medication ? reactions, I questioned about the status of the urine culture and was I formed it was never sent. Now I have to go in tomorrow to leave another sample. There is a breakdown in communication between Elizabeth and the Assistants.
