Helpful and informative

I was late getting to my appointment yet Icalled and was given another time! I am extremely grateful to the staff at Novant. Very nice and caring. Dr. Valentine and the staff were awesome. Thank God for blessing the patients to have places to come to for great care.

I work for a healthcare organization and was diagnosed with something last year and visited Novant. My experience was so amazing that I have since switched all my providers to Novant. Shhhh…?

Medical care exceeded expectations

Dr. Valentine and team members were great from the moment I called. Everyone was super friendly and understanding towards my needs and concerns. The staff there made my experience dealing with my situation a pleasant one. Thanks to everyone there.

After check in, I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room. I received no updates, but overheard that "they were running 30 minutes behind". After waiting 40 minutes, I asked for an update and was told that my doctor's office was in another suite, upstairs.

I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends. Very professional and very informative.

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Valentine and the nurse and the PA were just great with me. They explained everything and Dr. Valentine is On my best list!

Everyone was professional and great

I feel I spent way too much money and was recommended too many visits and procedures (such as multiple x-rays and an MRI scan to be told that I have arthritis in my elbow and surgery isn't a good option for me at this time. This includes paying for the use of the machines and the techs to run the machines. Over $1200 and wasted time.

The doctor has a great bedside manner. I like that he talks to me like a person and not just a patient. He makes you feel comfortable and helped me not to be afraid of the shot. The staff is great from the time you walk in the door until you leave. I would definitely recommend this doctor and this particular office!

Only issue was a 35 minute wait

My experience was very positive. I had very little time in the waiting area. Nurse took me at an exam room. Dr. Valentine’s associate saw me first and listened to my concerns and gave me his opinions. Dr Valentine came in afterwards and agreed with previous opinions and followed up with treatment I needed to relieve my pain and concerns. My experience was very helpful to me and did solve my pain and anxiety.

The front desk was very friendly. The nurse was friendly and personable. Looked me in the eye not at a computer. Dr. Valentine was excellent. He was very thorough. He was great with explaining things, and very caring. I was very pleased with my whole experience there.

Meeting started 45 minutes late and it was 30 minutes away.

Listened to my concerns and informative. Personable and professional.

Leigh, the nurse, was absolutely fantastic. She engaged with our son while caring for him, listened to his concerns and over all offered great care. The tech and PA were very nice as well. Dr. Valentine did not seem to treat my son like a person. He ignored his concerns and rarely spoke directly to him. He was abrupt and a little condescending.

Dr. Valentine was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Wish all doctors could be like him!!!

Care about my condition

Appreciate the professionalism and great bedside manner.

My most urgent inquiry was about the terrible pain in my left wrist. I was seeking medication regarding the pain. I’m 76 years of age and didn’t feel any better than I did before my appointment. No Rx or other means to eliminate the awful pain.
