poor commnication, every one was laid back, the dr. seemed confused as what to do, no medication for my pain, which I have been suffering, which is the reason my primary care Dr. referred me. I guess he wants me to suffer thru out the holidays.

Dr. French and the staff at Novant Spine (Mint Hill) were great. I felt my issues were acknowledged and that together a treatment plan was established. Very thankful they were able to get an appointment on such short notice.

Glad to say I a am not anxious about coming in anymore. I can get in taken care of and on my way with what ever I may need. You may say that's the job, ha....but doing with actually listening to the person. Thks again. )

It was a visit that helped me understand why I have some of my pain

I love my provide and the support staff were very nice and friendly. However, when the DMs or nurse took me to the exam room she left the computer unlocked facing the hallway with door open and I could see my chart was left open. This is definitely not okay. Support should know that they should be protecting patient information and and loving out of their charts when leaving the computer unattended.

I absolutely recommend Dr French to anyone who needs a spine specialist. He is very knowledgeable and the best at what he does. He took his time and made me his main focus during my visit. I was pleasantly surprised at how at ease he made me feel even with all the pain I was in. I hope his diagnosis is correct and at my next visit he makes it go away.

The referrals were told to me but handled by the referring office. They called me to set up my next appointment. I didn’t have to search for the referring medical professional myself. I was able to speak and confirm my next appointment within the same day or the next 24 hours.

Dr French and his office staff are too notch . I love Mint Hill Hospital and the customer service there. It has always been consistently excellent. I was a Healthcare Professional for 59 years and I know the difference between hospital and the investment in employee customer service training.
