As with all of my appointments at Novant, the staff and doctors are amazing. My appointment is always as scheduled, no waiting. Everything is always handled in a proficient and professional manner, making an appointment more appealing than upsetting.

I did not go to a PC doctor for over 20 years. I did not want to be talked down to. Dr. A has changed how I feel about doctors. She is personable and acts like a normal person. I have told so many people about how amazing she is.

Dr. Agyapong is fantastic, she genuinely cares for her patients, takes the time to ask questions and makes sure to answer all my questions. I have recommended her to my friends, one of them is now one of her patients. She is knowledgeable and involves me in the decision process of my medical treatment.

I love this providers bed aide manner so much that when I lost insurance and had to stop going to her I was devistated but when I got my insurance back, I came back to her. She is awesome! I love how she took care of me and I love how she still takes care of me.

Dr Agyapong and her team are fantastic; she takes the time to listen and explain everything to her patients. I recommended her to two friends and at least one is already a new patient with her. Also liked the fact that this facility has a lab so I don’t have to go somewhere else for bloodwork and other tests.

I haven’t been to a Primary Care doctor in many years but Dr. A came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. It is nice to have a doctor that discusses things with you and not talk down to you or like a 3 year old. She was a normal person. Most doctors act like they are above you and she didn’t.
