Dr Klein has been a great gift to me. She listens & asks questions like no other Dr. she’s extremely thorough & keeps me apprised of upcoming tests all year. For an MS patient, this is So important. The only other Dr who was this thorough was my Dr at Duke — she suddenly was gone after moving back to Europe. Thank you, Dr Klein, for HEARing me and for Doing something! Novant does NOT want to lose her! We NEED more excellent, dedicated Drs like her so please do whatever you can to Keep her!

Dr. Klein and everyone at her office was extremely polite, professional friendly, and I immediately trusted her after her explaining everything to me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Klein to anyone needing a neurologist. The only problem I had was trying to get appointment after being referred. it took a couple of months, but my situation wasn’t life-threatening.

Dr Klein is one of the most caring and knowledgeable physicians that I have seen. She definitely works with her patients to make sure they have the best care and information.

Dr. Sara Klein is an outstanding neurologist! She has wonderful people skills & & is very easy to talk to. I greatly appreciate how I not only know what to do once I leave her office, but I also know how she wants to progress at my next appointment. I know I have a complicated medical history, but since I am older I have been brushed off by some doctors & told I am too old to have certain issues. Thank goodness Novant Health has Dr. Sara Klein as a neurologist. She is intelligent, kind, patient, listens & has "never" looked at age in order to brush off her patient. I am lucky to have her as my neurologist. Since moving to North Carolina & having gone to other neurologists, I now finally feel validated. This is due to Dr. Klein.

Dr Klein is amazing. Her exam was was very specific to my problems and it showed she had read my records before I came. She took my issues seriously and it felt as if she trusted me. She ordered appropriate testing to be done. My only complaint is that I had come to the office about ten days before the appointment and dropped off more records of testing I recently had done and asked the checkin person to make sure she gave it to Dr Klein. Dr Klein never received them.
