Very good experience. I live in Elkin and was in the hospital for 4 days in WS. I needed a follow-up and this was the closest place they could get me in when I needed. I had never been there before. I had to travel about 90 minutes to get there. It was a great experience and worth the drive. from the front desk, to radiology, to the NP. Excellent experience.

I was late because I put wrong time on my calendar. They worked with me!

The young lady who came to get me was very impatient with a patient before me and she came to get me, appeared to be very aggravated with equipment. I wasn't allowed to give my urine sample before she took me to the room, I had to ask her again when I could do one and I was asked was I able to give a sample. I was never the issue. There was a patient in the restroom that no one checked on. He appeared to be elderly. My experience with Briana was excellent and want to see her again.

I said my privacy was not respected because at this facility ss well as all other Novant faculties, you have to announce your Name and DOB to the whole lobby, then at the scales tell everyone in the hall your name and DOB again. It's not private or protected.
