The building air conditioning system was down and there were temporary units that were very loud and annoying. If you are renting that building, you should be in the landlords face regarding the HVAC issues.

I confirmed an 8:45 am telehealth appointment three days prior. I was sent an email the morning of with a change to 8:15 am on my end, but was not connected until 8:47 am, resulting in me sitting online for approximately 40 minutes. I called the front desk and they just replied they hadn't made the change.

I always have a blast when visiting the good Dr. Thornton, and the entire staff at the medical facility.

I have never ever in the three years I have been going to Autumn Hall ever had a bad experience. My Dr. is The BEST. The Staff front office, lab and back office are always couteous, friendly and respectful.

Dr. THORNTON is one of the best Drs. YOU have but she is over worked that's how you loose a good provider. You need to give some of your Hospitalist and Nurses in the ER some lesson on taking care of Pts and family my husband had 3 ER admission that all have Been nightmares especially one we just had. .. We will drive to Duke from now on !! I'm so disappointed in what's happened to NH ...
