They listened to my concerns and answered them completely so I could understand their explanations and directions.

I received test results from a heart Echo authored by a different Dr. that indicated abnormal results. I requested comments from Dr. Hite via Mychart. His belated response indicated, "echo looks good"...confusing to me. Working through my PCP, I was able to schedule an appt. with Dr. Hite in order to get more clarification. I was pleased with the advanced preparation and level of detail that Dr. Hite displayed in his clarification during the appointment. It is clear that Dr. Hite is extremely knowledgeable ; however, I am unclear why it took over 2 months for this satisfactory explanation of the test results.

Dr.Hite is a caring provider.Listens well and is easy going.

The Dr was very kind and empathetic and I had no anxiety and felt listened to and heard. I messaged with a follow up question and he answered my question. I wish my primary Dr was even a fraction of this good.

I was in and out of this office in 23mins. That's from checking as a new patient to discharge papers, tell me how you can evaluate someone's heart in 6 mins of being in the room?! And he told me I was fine and healthy after reading hospital papers... well guess what I got a second opinion and found out that I have a MAJOR heart problem! I have SVT(supraventricular tachycardia). Which needs immediate treatment and was seen on an EKG of 30secs with it being severely abnormal! There was no missing it! But if I had listened to this doctor I would be thinking I was fine and it would have turned into heart failure! But all it's about with some doctors is money and seeing as many patients as possible not helping the ones who need it!

Dr. Hite took time to explain what was happening to me about my heart attack. It helped me understand and made me feel like they cared.

Dr Hite ask me questions and answered my questions. He is working with me on a blood pressure issue He is very professional and is interested in helping with this issue. I came away with a very positive and a good feeling about this visit.

Called to schedule appointment after my mom's hospital stay from a TIA, Follow up from hospital visit. Was told that they should schedule right away. When I called to make appointment, the individual on the phone was challenging. It took 4 weeks from hospital release to see doctor. When I said, " I was told that after a hospital release, you are to get patient in right away?" She said, "we are so backed up that won't happen". In not the nicest tone. For clarification, LOVE our doctor and MA. Schedule department needs some training on scheduling appointments without showing frustration to the patient making the appointment

It has taken some time to finally feel like I have a personalized Dr at your facility. Dr. Hite is great and very informative. Listened to my concerns.

Finding out I was in Afib again was disappointing however. Dr. Hite was very informative about how we would handing the new occurrence. I am confident I am in good hands with Novant Heart.
