I sent a MyChart message the night before and was contacted early the next morning and given an appointment at 11:00am with PA-C Alexandra who assessed my condition and acted upon her evaluation proficiently and made sure nothing was overlooked. I was extremely grateful and pleased with the visit. I was overly pleased with the care provided and the tests provided. The entire staff was personable and very friendly. That was the best experience I ever had. Was told to go to Clemmons hospital for a 2 MRI’s. After the MRI they called an said that I needed to go to the hospital emergency room, which I did. I had a stroke.

Everything about my appointment was great. I was able to schedule a convenient time, and I was able to see Ms. Sheppard, get ex-rays, and complete blood work in a very efficient manner. I received a follow-up call about the results of the labs, and ex-rays. I have an appointment with a specialist to develop a plan to address my hand pain.

I saw Ali , PA, and was treated with great care and was referred for tests To get to the bottom of findings from a CT that was done in ER on Sunday, Nov 12. Superb care as usual by Dr Kummer, Ail, and nursing staff.
