Nov 2024I love Dr. Lipscomb and his entire office staff. I always have a wonderful experience from the moment I make the appointment, to the time I arrive and am seen by the nurses and Dr. Lipscomb, through lab visits and check out. I wish all of my doctor’s visits were this easy, seamless and as positive. I believe other offices could learn a lot from this staff and how to give excellent customer service - respecting patients, their time and ensuring they are cared for, listened to and supported.
