The provider was amazing and carefully explained everything that was going on related to care.

Dr. Beal provides excellent information to help you get healthier. Others I encountered were very professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Beal has always struck me as a very caring physician who really listens and provides excellent health care. She is consistently very thorough during my visits and always follows up, as necessary. She makes me feel that my health care is top priority. It is so important to have trust in your physician and Dr. Beal has earned mine in the years she has been my PCP.

It was by a scheduling conflict that I got to see Dr. Beale. A happy accident! I would have her as my primary if she were available; careful attention to every detail, expert understanding and advice!

Each visit I have to wait an extended period of time only to receive a lecture about how I need to eat only a plant based diet with fruits, “Eat the Rainbow”. This provider is very knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough and really cares about her patients. Novant policies contribute greatly to the issues experienced regarding wait times and their management of care policies negatively have a direct negative impact on patients.

I always feel they are interested in me and my wellbeing.

This was my first time at Salem and my first visit with Dr. Beal. It was the most informative annual visit I’ve had in 20+ years of getting annual exams. The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming to me and I sat down, was promptly called in. The entire appt went so smoothly! Dr Beal did a biopsy on a spot on my arm. Dr. Beal is always attentive and approachable. I feel very confident about her competence, information, concern, and the total level of care. I also had an exceptional experience in the lab having blood drawn. I do not know the name of the young woman who took care of me, but she was exceptional.
