From check in, nurse, Dr. Duggal, blood work. All were friendly, courteous, professional. It was a please experience all of the way through the process.

Time could be improved. Waited in the waiting room too long as well as in the room waiting for the doctor.

The Staff there is VERY Professional n well mannered...I would recommend them to Everyone

Dr. Duggal and her assistant (Amy) they are always very professional and personable. I feel as though they take their time and listen to what i have to say. The lady in the lab, is great. Usually when someone draws my blood, it takes a few times. Not with her! She does it right the first time. She always apologizes for hurting me. But she does not hurt me. No bruising or pain. I feel blessed to have this team of medical professionals.

She keeps me fully informed of all aspects of my treatments and medications, promptly reviews the results of my blood tests, and provides detailed guidance on steps that I should take before my next visit. I'm very comfortable with Dr. Duggal. Receptionist was cheerful and friendly. Lab tech was friendly and able to put me at ease immediately. CNA gave me good instructions and was professional. The only thing I noticed was an unpleasant odor in the waiting room.

I drive over 40 minutes from 3 cities over just to keep Dr. Duggal as my doctor. She is so amazing and the staff are always pleasant. I love having her as my doctor and the care I get is amazing. When you find a great doctor it’s like hitting the jackpot. Dr. Duggal cares and that is so important.
