Rachel Beauchamp, nurse practitioner was very kind and patient with me and made me feel like she really cared about helping me start feeling better. She gave me two referrals, a prescription and told me I could contact her on my chart for any further questions.

The reception desks could be more attentive to the patient. Not clear on making next appointment. Confusion on how to proceed.

It is the best ER that is available!!!!

They were very professional and interacted with my dr to make sure everything was okay and covered.

At first I was kind of skeptical about visiting with Doctor beauchamp because I had You never had a visit with her. But she was great. She answered all my questions. We talked about my pain and it was like she understood what I was going through.

Rachel did a thorough and professional job analyzing my complicated problems as I have several health conditions that can make pain management for me tricky. I appreciated the time she spent with me taking everything into consideration. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend her to others.

This is the first time I have had a specialist understand me and what I was feeling and describing. She was prompt to get me to the right avenues for injections. Rachel is the best physician I’ve ever had. She gave me a very personable experience. I would highly recommend her.

Rachel Beauchamp is a wonderful provider. She listened to my symptoms, reviewed past medical history regarding my back issues and set up an immediate treatment plan with medication to use when the pain is at its worst. I believe she has her patient's best interest at heart and that makes her hero in my book!

Rachel was empathetic and patient with my many questions and interjections. She is also a clear communicator, which helped me understand what is happening in my back, as well as the recommended treatment plan. I’m in great hands and so relieved!

I had an appointment with Dr. Rachel Beauchamp (Nurse). She was thorough in her search to help me with pain. I have received a tens (sp) and feel a bit intimidated about how to use it. I have been emailed instructions but haven’t viewed it yet.

Rachel took time to know all my previous injuries and discussed my issues in detail. Very happy with her.

This was the first time meeting Rachel, and I was very impressed. As well as felt very comfortable with her. She really made me feel as though she wanted to help me get relief from the constant pain I have.

The Spine clinic is always an extremely pleasant clinic to go to. The receptionist at the front desk is a sweetheart. The assistant who reviewed my records and took my blood pressure was so kind. I was thrilled with Rachel. She spent so much time with me. She addressed my pain issues and sent in prescriptions for me. Rachel went over how to take the medication. She told me I needed to sign a contract and provide urine. I am really grateful for Rachel and her outstanding care!
