Nov 2024What a fantasticTeam! Generic Counselor Emily was kind, compassionate, thoughtful and thorough. Emily is friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and put my mind at ease. Shy and Katrina at the front desk illuminate kindness and joy while setting the tone for patients as they arrive and exit. While drawing my blood and telling stories, Rita kept my mind off drawing my blood and replaced my thoughts with laughter. The overall experience was wonderful! Thank you, everyone!
