The np I saw was very condescending and made a lot of assumptions about my health. I will never make an appointment with her again!

Treated me like family

This was my first visit to the facility and I loved it. Great staff from reception/administrative staff to the physician and support staff that drew my blood to the follow-up call and MY CHART message.

The doctor was very professional.

The PA made me feel shamed about my weight and offered me antidepressants even though I have anxiety. I felt like she only took in part of what I was saying and instead looked at my weight and made her own conclusions about my health. She indicated that I have an unhealthy lifestyle despite not asking about it. I told her I exercise daily and she told me I need to start being more active. Will not be going back. If I wanted to be shamed about my weight I would call my family, they do that for free.

My provider listens to my concerns and is very understanding and I trust her with my life.

Uroosa was incredible. She listened to me, gave me a lot of ideas on what she thought was wrong, and steps to take for follow up care. I felt so calm and listened to and hopeful for longterm healing. I am very satisfied and would recommend her and this novant office to anyone looking for a provider.

Uroosa is fantastic. She is always very attentive and ensures she has addressed all my issues. She never makes me feel rushed. The nursing staff and the lab tech were also very good and apologized for my wait.
