Very kind, patient, and calming staff and doctor!

Timely, clean environments and personal, big help with my mother and her wheelchair.

Dr. KC was very thorough explaining everything to me. He always takes his time with me on my visits. Staff is always very nice.

The doctor and front staff were friendly but the team that was in charge of blood testing was not friendly at all and were rough when drawing blood.

My visit at the facility was so good for me an I better understand what's going on with my body an the condition I'm having now. They explained intently for me to understand now. An also what's the next steps I have to take.

I leave fully informed and knowing that my health is as important to him as it is for me! Every visit has exceeded my expectations. I definitely would recommend Dr. Kc to anyone dealing with RA.

I could not recommend to an elderly person who has difficulty understanding when the assistant and Dr have a bit of foreign accent. Not staff's "fault", just a reality.

The doctor never made any haste decisions until he got all the test results back. Dr. KC was very knowledgeable. He listened well and explained things well. He ordered appropriate labs to further evaluate my diagnosis. He took my referral consult seriously and scheduled follow up in 6 months. I felt like I received good care!

I must say this was my first visit to a new provider, I could not have been happier with Dr. Kc. He was professional, had researched my history, kept eye contact, was very personable, and invested in my history of RA. I pray he remains in this practice a long time. He is worthy of praise, cannot sing his praises high enough and have done so to family and friends. Dr. Kc is an awesome asset to Novant.

Very friendly staff. I was early for my appointment and taken back to the exam room early. The Md and his staff listened intently to me as this was my first visit and I had to provide my history. I had a list of questions and the physician was very patient and through. Great experience!

Dr. KC was thorough in his evaluation of my type of arthritis, including looking at xrays, physical exam, blood tests. He explained his evaluation to me so I understood. The treatment he prescribed has worked very well in addressing my pain. He is the best rheumatologist I have had in the over 30 years of my arthritis treatment. I am happy to have been referred to him.

It went well, Dr.KC was well informed ,listened to what I had to say and addressed all my concerns.
