Michelle Stough is a caring intelligent neurological professional who has taken care of me since my Parkinson’s diagnosis several years ago.. I had a recent alarming incident requiring a trip to the emergency room last week and I was so grateful to get an appointment to see her. She ordered several tests which results have led me back to my cardiac doctor for further evaluation. I don’t say this lightly but she is a credit to Novant they are lucky to have her on staff as am I lucky to be her patient.

The Novant Neurology team is outstanding. They are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. What I like is they really listen, address my concerns and offer recommendations.

They just don't have the staff to t a ke care of individuals. Some I've seen are very hateful.

Both my husband and I were treated so nice and friendly! We were both (happily) surprised at the welcoming feeling everyone had! What a wonderful change from offices that make you feel like they are doing you a favor by even acknowledging you. You should make sure the whole staff knows they are appreciated.

Great experience, personal, informative and professional.

The office staff is awesome. The providers and staff are working as hard as they can with their limited resources that Novent has provided them with. However, since Novent took over our appointments have to get changed. Sometimes for months out because of poor staffing issues. I feel the clinic is awesome. However, Novent just counting cost to make more money which is unsafe for the patients and staff.

Michelle Stough and her assistant Annika are just amazing and awesome. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They treat their patients like family and actually do care about them.

PA was very knowledgeable and listened to me. She diagnosed my simptoms and prescribed a med. She has a good bedside manner and I feel she is more interested in my situation than my doctor.

These folks all seem to care and are very polite and respectful.

I waited 30 minutes for the provider without anyone letting me know why it took so long. After speaking to the PA, I understood the the problem and I felt better.
