The doctor was rude and didn’t want to listen. She even laughed at what I had to say. She was very condescending. I tried to talk about my concerns and she started to interrupt what I had to say. I have a lot of things going on, and I’m trying to find a doctor who wants to listen and go through my chart. I want to make sure I’m doing everything I can to keep me as healthy as possible. She was definitely a wrong choice. I had to inform her that she was being combative and wasn’t listening. I will not be back. And her remark stating that I had issues with all doctors is incorrect. I have one doctor that doesn’t have time for me because she has too many patients. She took that comment and ran with it. I hope no other patient has to experience the same thing I went through.

This was my first visit with Dr. Arain after I had a mastectomy. The surgical experience made me feel like I was a car being serviced. Dr. Arain made me feel like a human, and helped me feel healed.

I did a walk in by 8.00 am. I had no problems. They asked routine questions. Waited about 20 minutes, Dr Arains Assistant call me back, she was very sweet and seemed to be concerned, very patient. Dr Arain is the best doctor I have ever had.

I need more information on my condition to take back to my job. I did not get a note to take to my job as I had requested. The My Chart results are not helpful because there are too many medical terms/abbreviations that I don’t understand. What happened to the doctor or nurse calling to explain the results. I’m tired of googling to figure out what’s being said.

First time I saw Dr. Arain. She was kind and thorough during my appointment. The only negative was waiting 20 mins past appointment time to be taken to exam room.

I actually did not get appointment but I was asked to walk in at some time. I had to wait for some time but I was able to meet the doctor and got the treatment. Thanks for accommodating.

It was an annual check up. The team did not tell me to come fasting and the blood was drawn only during fasting and not after fasting. I was expecting that both fasting and after fasting blood work will be done. And I haven’t heard from the doctor for one of my test results. For continuing the current medications When I messaged them thru the app they didn’t respond yet. It’s been 3 days.

I thought it was a very nice and clean hospital with caring people. Great location and easy to get to.

The doctor was discussing my medication with me and saying that I was no compliant with following up among other wrong information and when I kept correcting her she realized she was speaking about a different patient.

I love Dr. Arain, she has amazing bed side manner and even takes the time to educate her patients.
