Dr Homesley is a refreshing change from the other (3) orthropedic physicians I have experienced during these last two years of trauma in getting total knee replacement(s). He listens to your experience, responds to the concerns you express, and takes action (when needed) to alleviate any issue. He expresses understanding and empathy over any experience that is disconcerting. I feel "taken care of" for the first time in my two year journey of 5 surgeries to accomplish my knee(s) replacement(s). Thank you, Dr Homesley.

This particular visit was an hour late for some reason; however, the service was excellent once I got to see the doctor. I was told service would be delayed but the reason was not communicated. Reason Could have been better reason for the delay.

I’m a retired RN, I’m also a Senior. To be honest, when I first entered the treatment room with the Nurse and later the PA, I felt for a brief time that I had to ask them to hear me out as it actually did alter my original Plan of Care. After that it was absolutely fine and I got the excellent care I needed.

Everything ran very efficiently in this office. My appointment was for 3:30. Aside from a small glitch being sent upstairs by mistake, everything and everyone was very kind and courteous. DRM Homesly came very highly recommended; his PA was extremely patient and listened to me and answered all my questions. Dr. Homesly then followed and explained the surgery in detail. I’m looking forward this having my bilateral knee replacements as soon as I am able to get things together. I’m looking forward to being out of pain.

I was blown away by how quickly I was brought back to Get my x-ray and then to see the PA. Once it was discovered, I would need a hip replacement. I was escorted to meet the Doctor Who would perform the surgery and then I got to schedule the surgery all the time of my visit. Wow! Impressive!

Dr Homesley did my husband's knee replacement and it was highly successful. I have also heard good things from people that I don't know but Dr Homesley was their doctor and they had only good things to say about him.

When I arrived, I was told that the doctor was running 45 minutes behind schedule. It was worth the wait because the doctor listened to everything I said and changed the probable diagnosis accordingly. He added more tests to hopefully rule out further problems. It was nice to find a doctor who actually listened to me and who took into account my worries and that is testing to calm my nerves. He is a wonderful doctor and I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care.

The intake nurse, radiologist technician, and P.A. were personable, professional and efficient. The check-out representative was pleasant and informative regarding the next contact I would receive before scheduling my next appointment. Dr. Holmsley was ( and is) the best Orthopedic Surgeon I could hope for. My knee pain began in May of this year and and despite initially seeing another Orthopedic provider,the type and extent of my knee damage was not clarified and my concerns were dismissed as "arthritis." Dr. Holmsley fully explained my knee damage and recommended conservative, non-surgical treatment at this time. I am very grateful to AOCC for referring me to Dr. Holmsley.

I started my journey with Novant in February of this year 2024. I am now approaching my third surgery with Dr Homsley. I have had excellent care and results. I have never been treated this good at any doctors office or medical facility. EVERY person I have dealt with has been excellent. Not one time have I had a complaint or problem. Best care ever! I am 3 hours from Charlotte and would travel farther to be cared for by Dr Homsley and his team.

Trisha gave the best injection ever! I was thrilled at how quickly and painless the process was this time!

When Dr. Homesly finishes with me he asked me to stay and wait for paperwork. I waited for 20 min and opened the door and a staff asked me was I ready to go and I said "yes, how long does it take for paperwork?" Another staff member, came to me and apologized and said they thought I'd left already. How could they have thought that and she handed me the paperwork? I was disappointed, the appointment was already 45 min behind and I waited an extra 20 min for nothing.
