Reception staff need to be fully trained, rude to say the least, didn't know the difference between a NP and a MD.

Dr. Bodek was very kind polite and respectful. I forgot to mention to him that once in a while I feel a terrible pain in my heart as well as the palpitations. I do not know how to contact him to let him know, In NY and FL I know how to use my chart But not in NC. Dr. Bodek was rude, did not want to take the time to listen or to answer my questions. He opened the door and asked me to leave. Will never see him again!

Dr Bodek and his staff are absolutely the best!! All courteous professional people and cares about their patients.. It’s obvious how important they make you feel and engage with you during your appointment.. It doesn’t matter if I see Dr Bodek in Elkin or Kimel Park they are always the same and they are always on time .. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes from the time I walk in the door..
