I would travel far and wide to be treated by Dr. Joseph Chipman. His professional and caring manner in which he treats his patients is unique and definitely unmeasurable. Most seniors don't like change and today's younger medical professionals are not like what we are used to. Dr. Chapman doesn't treat his patients like a number. He shows his people skills first, and that relaxes a patient before any medical procedure or talks are given.
