I was shocked to get an appointment the same day as I enquired about one. I was welcomed to the office and handled paperwork and payment in a timely manner. I was seated straight away and all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking the expertise of these doctors and staff.

I was very impressed with my doctor and the staff. I was treated respectfully and professionally. Any and all questions were answered by everyone, especially Dr. Gentile. I had virtually no wait time between x-rays, to the nurse's visit to go over my medications, etc., to the P.A. who was very courteous and friendly and then within a minute or so, the doctor arrived. I wish al of my doctor visits would go like this one.

Dr. Gentile listened to my concerns and gave me the information I needed to make a decision concerning the probability of my having knee surgery. I was very satisfied with the result of my shoulder surgery and fully expect a good result with my knee once I move forward. The office staff is always attentive and friendly.

While Dr. Gentiles assistance were amazing as well as the xray techs. The actual Dr. made me feel like I was wasting his time. I was there for a second opinion after going through 4 weeks of PT. It is the first time that I would not recommend a Dr.

Was a follow-up on rotator cuff repair. Was concerned about continuing pain. The team reassured me all was well. They recommended a shot and anti-inflammatory meds. Great relief!

Very little time was spent between the doctor and myself. I left feeling that not enough time was spent on the doctor understanding my concerns and I never felt comfortable or confident even though I accepted the injection in my shoulder because I felt a bit desperate to get some relief. The person who checked me in was very friendly and the PA that worked with the doctor was okay.
