I appreciate the Novant doctors. They are doing a great job.

I felt like Dr. Das did not listen to my concerns or try to help figure out a solution. Every answer was simply “well that’s just how it is.” When a patient is concerned and frustrated about something feeling like it is swept under the rug is not how to answer or handle it. I don’t feel like I got any real answers and will not be scheduling with this doctor again! I would rather wait longer for an appointment than to feel that way at an appointment again! And she never sent in the prescription needed after my appointment and I have had to follow up after almost a week.

My sonographer was one of the friendliest ones i have ever had! She was soo cheerful and made my experience awesome!! My doctor was fantastic and met all my needs! So glad i found this location!

The scheduling assistant in the office is always unpleasant. She seems rather annoyed when she has to check out a patient. I originally thought she was just having a bad day but unfortunately, this is the norm.
