My first appointment was awesome! She was attentive, caring, proactive, great attitude and bedside manner! I’m very impressed with her & feel confident she will do her best! She made sure that I understood what was happening and why and if I had any concerns. All staff we encountered this day did an excellent job!

I had a very nice visit. The staff were professional, but there was a moment during a second blood pressure check at the end of my visit where my pressure was still high and the nurse gave me a look that did not sit well with me. The cuff was squeezed really tight (the first and second time), and I was already feeling stressed about the elevated rate. The look I received after the second reading was unsettling.

I have not felt this comfortable with a Doctor's visit in a long long time. I always felt like I was just invisible, but at this visit I felt true concern from the physician.

She wasn’t my regular doctor I go to because it was emergency visit but definitely was a great experience with her . Very nice made me feel comfortable and explained everything. I would recommend her .

Nice time for all health routines

I love Dr. Aryal. The nurse or assistant- the person that takes your vitals. This is bad because I don’t remember her name. She wasn’t friendly. She was very distant. And maybe she was having a bad day but this was my first time coming there and I didn’t like her energy. I am only going there for the Dr.

I absolutely loved how much the staff worked as a cohesive unit and were down to earth.

Dr. Aryal and the staff at Novant family health is above normal customer service. I would follow Dr. Aryal to a practice in the woods. Because she listens to me and provide me with good information so that I can make informative decisions for myself. She is truly of new medicine because she encourage patients to make decisions for their treatment. Truly patient center approach. I love it. She recommends and suggest never do she say I’m prescribing you this for that. She involve you in the decision.

Dr. Suima Aryal is the best Primary Care Physician I have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, I always walk out of my visits feeling better and optimistic that my health concerns are being treated appropriately. She has and will continue to be mine and my wife’s PCP, we were with her when she was with Atrium, where she goes we go. I wasn’t a big fan of Novant previously but I am know.

Awesome practice! Used to go to another location in South end it was awful!

The whole staff was incredibly kind, patient and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Dr Aryal was fantastic and the follow up for referral appointments was impressively quick and organized. I’m very happy I decided to go to this office.

Patients that are coming to see their doctor should not be turned away because they do not have their copay. There should be a way to bill them. Their insurance will pay for the majority of the cost of their visit.

Dr. Aryal seemed like she really cared about me. I was having a panic attack during my appointment and she didn’t judge me and wanted to help. The nurse Christine was also very sweet and did anything she could to make me comfortable. I feel good about getting my care at this facility.
