Dr Shugart is excellent

Dr. Shugart is the best. Getting in to see your doctor is a pain. I have just started to go to urgent care for incidental medical problems. This is not the fault of the doctor. It is corporate medicine and it will be worse.

Dr. Shugart and her care team go above and beyond to listen and address all of my concerns all the time.

Staff work very well together to make your visit less stressful. Dr Shuggart is always pleasant and considerate of your concerns.

Dr. Shugart listened to me and responded in a very professional and caring manner. She answered my questions and treated me with respect and compassion for my concerns. Brandi was very pleasant and professional as she prepared me to see Dr. Shugart. The person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Moises was very attentive and listened to what I said. The person who checked me out and scheduled my follow up appointments was very kind and professional as well. Everyone worked together well as a team !
