Catherine is always kind, professional and caring. I feel fortunate to have her care for my needs.

The wait time in the room was a bit long ~20 minutes but I felt that my provider spent time with me once she arrived and didn't make my appointment feel rushed due to the delay.

Initially I was told that I couldn’t get an appointment until October and I was upset. However, a patient canceled while I was talking to the receptionist and they asked could I make it in an hour. I said yes and I was seen promptly. I thank God because I was going to urgent care.

I waited over 10 minutes after my appointment time to even be brought back and I was there as asked 10 minutes before so 30 minutes roughly before I was called back. Dr Duvall has a very calming personality. I was anxious coming in but she calmed me down tremendously

I did not wait in the room long before Dr. Duval arrived and most important I didn’t feel rushed. She took the time to answer my questions, put me at ease and even had small talk. All in a short space of time! The nurse who attended to me was really nice. We had each other laughing while she did her preliminaries.
