I would recommend anyone to come to this practice

This is maybe a small thing (not as important as the quality of the care itself), but the waiting area is beautiful and welcoming. My child was instantly happy and at ease while waiting thanks to Bluey on the TV and the projection game on the floor. It can be stressful to be at the doctor's, so I appreciated this. We also really appreciated the gift books during our visit. The staff all seemed to truly "get" and like kids, and knew how to speak to them to make them feel valued (e.g., taking time to also listen to the stuffed animal's heartbeat and breathing when my child requested). We knew it would be a long visit, but it moved efficiently given everything that needed to happen. Thank you to everyone!

We absolutely LOVE this office and staff. They are ALWAYS respectful and listen carefully to what I have to say with a goal to individualize my daughter's care. Always compassionate.

Erin sat down and really listened to what my son has been going through for months to help try and figure out exactly what it is and have a plan going forward. The appointment didn't feel rushed and I felt she genuinely cared about getting to the root cause of my son's symptoms to help resolve them.

My son and I really enjoyed seeing and talking with NP Erin Graves. She was patient and took her time with us and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand. We would love to see her again!

The difference in my child's health and breathing daily we saw after ONE appointment with Ms. Graves was incredible. I appreciate the team at Novant beyond words and am excited to see him continue to thrive as we continue working with the pediatric pulmonology department. I could cry talking about how amazing every staff member is. We are grateful beyond measure.
