I have been looking for a new primary care doctor. This was the best experience I have ever had. I was nervous trying a Novant provider but I was overly impressed. I definitely have found my new primary care doctor.

This was my first visit. Just came in to get started. Dr. Bettis was great.

Everyone from the door to the patient room are amazing. I have the best provider.

Lauren and her nurse/cma are always top notch. I always feel like I am respected and understood. I have an autoimmune condition and when I’m sick it takes me a very long time to get better. Patients know their bodies and what they need to get better. Lauren always gets me well the first time i see her. I don’t have to make repeated visits or pay repeated copays to come back to get better. I am blessed to have found her.
