Always friendly and knowledgeable

Always great care...the only "off" was when I arrived at 1:15 pm, 15 minutes before my appointment, no one was at the check-in desk; I heard conversation and laughter in a room behind the lobby. A second patient came in to check-in. At bit awkward because we could clearly hear staff but no one was out front. I said "Hello" and someone came right out.....a bit odd that no one was ar the front desk until I finally said HELLO.

I made this appointment because I'd had a very high BP reading at my dentist three days prior to this NH visit. During this visit, I described 4 medical and lifestyle changes that had occurred in the previous 2-3 years that I thought might be factors in my higher diastolic readings. Although there was no treatment prescribed today, I responded "Yes, mostly" to the question about whether the provider tailored her treatment to my needs because after I reported these 4 factors, the PA had no comment at all about any of them in relation to my diastolic blood pressure. I would like to have understood whether any of the factors were relevant to my diastolic readings. It's a small thing -- the provider did explain why she recommended no treatment at this time.

The medical treatment provided has been very successful!
