It was a great experience

Chelsa was 45 minutes late for my appointment. However, she listened to all we said and asked and spent enough time explaining things so that we understood what we needed to know. There was a follow-up the following day via MyChart, and that was handled quickly and successfully. I’m satisfied. The questions about attention by staff were not particularly applicable this visit, as nothing other than weight and vitals was necessary and done fine. The front desk was as friendly and fast with their jobs as always.

Though I had to wait awhile for my appointment it was well worth it. Everyone was kind, thorough and professional. An excellent experience and I feel well cared for with health concerns confronted, explains and well explained for my future.

Ms Stubbs is extremely professional as was her assistant. The attention to my CPAP issues were top shelf. I would recommend her to any of my family or friends without a second of hesitation

Chelsa was very informative, personable and explained the results of the breathing test I had earlier explaining all of the readings. She conducted a 6 minute walk to see if I needed oxygen and I did not. She recommended that we increase the dose of wixela from 250 to 500 mg and wrote a prescription. Since we were so impressed with Chelsa we scheduled a follow visit with her.

Outstanding Staff

The appointment went well. My provider was excellent. The most difficult part was making and confirming an appointment. My referral went through, but no one ever called. When I called weeks after my referral, the front desk staff was confused and unsure what to do to make an appointment. They didn't call me back, and about a week later I got a letter in the mail with my appointment. Seems liked an arduous process for simply making an appointment. Not the mention the 3 month wait time before being seen. Other than that, the actual appointment went great.

Kelly and Dr. Stubbs made me feel comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Went in apprehensive but came out laughing and smiling. Thank you both!!!

Slight delay from appointment time to actual time seen by the provider, but that is acceptable based on the cate provided and the assumed level of care provided to patients earlier in the day. I respect and trust this group. Always polite and very professional. Thank you!!

Excellent professional staff and organization

Pa Stubbs is very knowledgeable about the pulmonary system and its advice for me ... all my questions were answered thoroughly. My wife and I were very impressed.
