Most important. The doctors actually sat next to me and faced me during our conversation. Previous doctors from another state always faced the computer during our conversation. Very happy with novanthealth.

Dr. Bailey was great. He listened carefully to, and addressed, my concerns. He had reviewed all my records prior to seeing me and made recommendations for treatment that were different from the one I was sent for.
