Dr. Neubauer is an excellent listener; he fine tuned a health plan to my circumstance. He was patient in gathering details, and provided ‘what-if’ scenarios and what to do in the event of different issues that could arise, given the recommended regimen. He, and his staff are great to work with- thank you all.

I went for a yearly evaluation and figured I would be in and out see you later. I've seen a lot of doctors in my 73 years so good some not so good. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr Neubauer treaded me. I was not prepared for how well prepared he was. I've got a lot going on with my health and it was like he knew everything there was to know about me. It was as if he studied my history extensively. I did not feel one bit rushed. I was asked a number of times was there anything else. That helped jar my memory and think of things I otherwise wouldn't have. I came away feeling really good about my visit. My low expectations changed and I'm very grateful it did. Can't say enough how pleased I am. Because of my visit and the suggestions and changes made there's no doubt in my mind in a month or two I'll be healthier.

Dr. Nuebauer was attentive to mothers' needs ... ordered home care, physical therapy and social worker ... scheduled a return visit in a month to do more cognitive tests ... family seeing a lot of dementia. Dr. Neubauer is absolutely the best. I always feel heard and encouraged when I leave my visits.

Dr. Nuebauer listened carefully to my questions/concerns. He addressed all of them. He was also understanding and explained his concerns very well and we reached a good point on medication changes, etc.

We were sad to have her former doctor retire. But we are very pleased with the knowledgeable and friendly Dr Neubauer who replaced him. All the nurses, receptionists, lab techs are always friendly and helpful too.

My doctor was not in today so I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Nuebauer. He listened to me and was very courteous and caring. I was prescribed 3 meds. and I am happy to say my I am feeling so much better. i sincerely hope stay at Novant in Monroe. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate, all the traits you want in a doctor.
